You're not alone :P

I filed my I-130 in October (see time line) ... however, I am really starting to get nervous about my NOA1 for the K3 ... almost 3 weeks and still nothing ... I see all sorts of members here who got their K3 NOA1 in a week :(

Great finally someone. I don't know about your K3, I didn't bother to send it because lately it has been moving slower than CR1 and even if it is 1-2 moths faster it is not worthed because then you have to go trough the hole AOS #######.

On your I-130, did you get any touches, is anything moving???

Oh never mind I see now that you got a lot of touches. You might be getting your I-130 approval pretty soon!

You've got a long way dude..maybe another 4-5 months until your NOA2 approval.

Hang in there like we did..just prepare for the next step make sure you read the NVC guidelines and stuff like that, so you can finish that stage for 20 days..I didnt do it that fast but there are others who did it.

I don't appreciate you busting my balls like that DUDE! Let me hope for the best and don't worry I am prepared for the worst! I am sorry that you had such a hard time and I congratulate you on your approval, but now move on and be happy don't try to make my day bad by giving me negative, discouraging advice. I perfectly know how long it takes and all that. If you didn't pay attention I was the one who posted Loto's Guide on the VJWiki which I believe you read many times. And also if you didn't read my posts I was just trying to find fellow October filers, I just don't know how is that bad.

So now go on with your life, get your wife and live a happy life.

I wish you the best of happiness

How are things going for everyone? No thanksgiving presents from USCIS :P

Hi! Checking in with the October 2008 filers. Been really busy in NYC, so I haven't been concentrating on the next steps in this circus. I've realized that I'll probably get an RFE or two considering I did the paperwork myself. Oh well.

Thanksgiving was hard having no family to share it with. But I will be in England with my husband and in-laws for Christmas and New Years, and that's what's keeping me going through this cold month. Hang in there everyone. Fingers crossed for a speedy NOA2.
