any body help me i need an answer about my case

my case has been approved and i got ISL number in septmber and my case transferred to ISlamabad consulate but till now i havn't recd any letter or call .its about one month ..

and the average time of 7-10 days for receving a letter any body can help me.

hello fatima,

your case has been approved from where USCIS or NVC, have you sent ds-230/policecertificate/affidavit etc.... or you are just going to start ur processing

Was your I129F sent to Isb?

You should try emailing the embassy or calling them up and ask about the packet. email at pakivinfo@state.gov, and pakivquery@state.gov .

yes I received my package on the 8th of October.

i am trying to call embassy but not conected till now..always operatior busy..

My Case has been approved from NVC and rreffered to Islamabad, Paksitan and assign me Islamabad case number for both petitions I-129f and i-130 in same dates 28-8-2008 and sent to islamabad on 9-9-2008 .

so what will next.

what kind of a pakcet i recv.I129f or I130 till now i hav'nt received any packet ..

Today i called NVC she told me about My k3 case hase been cmpleted and transfer to consulat 9-9-2008 . but no news from ISlamabad till now it about morethan one month i m worry ...what will next. why my case processing so late..

Salam,

First of All you have to wait for your packet, u can say packtet 3, in which u have some forms to fill out, and some pappers work too, till now u just have to do is WAIT. . . . Islamabad Embassy is working kinda slow... but i hope u wil get it soon, just Pray for it

Keep emailing them, remember to include your case number ( the I129F case number and its receipt) . Also call NVC to confirm it has been mailed to ISB. Did you get a letter from the NVC saying they had forwarded your case (the I129F petition) to Isb?

Also call NVC to confirm it has been mailed to ISB. Did you get a letter from the NVC saying they had forwarded your case (the I129F petition) to Isb

YEs I call NVC from Pakistan they said they had forwarded and my case has been completed and and now u contact ur embassy ISlambad..
