Hello VJers!

I got a pdf of Packet 3 today via email from the consulate in Jo'burg!!! (Unsolicited - if that is a question.) Can my fiance fill out those forms and send them back in, or will he get paper copies in the mail?

Another question...

The instructions say that FIRST you must complete the DS-230 part 1. Do you send that back to the consulate by itself, or do you wait until you have all the documents listed on the checklist and then return the entire packet?

I can't believe this is all finally happening!!!

Thanks for any advice.

Best of luck to everyone else on their journey.
