My mom makes a great galumpki (stuffed cabbage).

* Schnitzel Holstein mit pommes (because it's amazingly good and because my husband makes it)

* Spaetzle (with anything because I think it's super cool and is really good with cheese and beef burgundy)

* My dad's baked ham with green bean casserole and mashed sweet potatoes drizzled with butter, brown sugar and

baked marshmellow. Follwed by his homemade plum pudding with vanilla rum sauce. Unfortunately my dad

passed away several years ago and neither I nor my sister can make it quite the same way. Plus plum pudding

takes a while to make.

omg I'm starving now.
