All,

Please help! Green card issue.

My brother sponsor my father came to United States in 2002. He stayed here for a few months and left the United States. He has his social security number but did not have a green card when he left here. We never received a green card because we have move a couple different place.

Now My mother and father came here as a visitor for 6 months. I would like to apply a green card for my mother and father. How should I answer the question for my father's form.

Have your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

NO, YES, WHERE WHEN, Removal, Exclusion/ Deportation, Rescission, Judicial Proceedings

Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the US? NO, YES, give date and place filing and final disposition

thanks

From what I am understanding, he left on his own without any issues? If so, they answer would be no on that.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
