Man Charged in Montgomery County Home Invasions, Homicide

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- An arrest has been made in the series of home invasions targeting senior citizens that resulted in the death of 63-year-old Mary Havenstein, according to the Montgomery County Police Department.

Jose Juan Garcia-Perlera, 33, of Bethesda, was charged with first-degree murder, four counts of robbery and one count of armed robbery, Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger said.

Five similar home invasion robberies in D.C., Potomac, Bethesda and Chevy Chase took place from September 2007 through May 2008. In those incidents, senior citizens were tied up in their homes and robbed.

So once again it all boils down to you having an attitude problem.

It would seem that the more headlines are posted, the more BY feels vindicated in making his a$$hole conclusions.

So I guess he really does walk around in fear of black or hispanic types, crossing the road when he sees them on his side of the street.

Yeah I must be the one with my head in the sand.

I am not the one who foams at the mouth the second someone mentions something negative followed by the world minority. Yes in American you guys have a history of racial issues. I am not interested in that. I am concerned about who is gang banging. Who is robbing others. Who is killing others. Simple as that. We are dealing with adults here and not mentally challenged people. Therefore they should be responsible for their actions, as I am for mine. That isn't racist but reality.

If anyone had absolutely any ground to stand on apart from racist claims I would actually listen to them.
