Hey everyone! Yesterday I checked on my USCIS account to see if there'd been any touches and sure enough, it had been 'touched' (date changed to yesterday's date)! That was yesterday and I hadn't checked for a week or two so I was pretty psyched...I checked again today and it was updated again with a STATUS update that said on October 15 my approval had been sent for the Fiance Petition! (no email notification as I requested on the account, so looks like they don't keep up on that part but as of right now, i don't even care!) Woo-hoo! After 125 days....pretty good for California right? Ok, onward through the rest of the process and good luck to everyone else...

Congratulations. I was pretty close with my approval from California after 127 days. My application only spent 2 days at NVC and I received my Packet 3 from London Embassy today. Things definitely move alot faster once its out of California's hands.

Good luck for the rest of your journey
