Oddly that increases my husband's stress.

I've discovered surfing as of late. Otherwise - I write an email to a friend about the recent happenings and rewrite it until it sounds more positive and I forget what was stressing me out in the first place.

My body relieves stress by having my hair fall out. Ugly.

What a really great idea, Cat!

I have my students write about one of their biggest fears and then they turn that paper into complete satire. It's pretty cathartic for some :)
