i usually read..watch something mindless on tv (like the fox news) and have a beer or drink

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Scrapbooking

Card making

Long walks with the company of my iPod

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I never believed in stress, things in life you have control over, and others you don't so have to make the best of it. But really experience stress the first time in my life when my son was on his death bed, had an internal rupture with bleeding, has a rare blood type, and the hospital ran out, he came within 5 pulses of dying, until blood was found. Didn't know that either, when you lose blood, your pulse skyrockets, doctor said if he hits 200, he will die, he was at 195. Then a nurse came flying it find more blood someplace, his pulse went down, was moved to surgery and was repaired.

It's that feeling of being totally helpless that caused stressed and not liking the outcome. I also had stress when my wife to be was in Venezuela during the riots down there, again felt helpless, but that told me two things, I really cared for her and had to do everything in my power to bring her here, that really upped my determination to bring her here.

Stress can lead to panic that is the worse thing, screws up your brain, have to learn to think logically and do your best to handle the situation, the last thing you need is drugs or a drink. Just ask yourself why you feel stressed and what outcome do you want and is it really worth it? In my military days, didn't give a damn if I lived or died, was a miserable life, in my love life, if that gal gave me more misery than happiness, just dumped her, don't need that. Always problems at work, but problem solving is more of a challenge than a form of stress.
