change of address for Ian

Hiya everyone! Hope everyone is doing well and receiving good news on their applications!! Right, Ian has his house up for sale here in the UK and we were just talking last night about when he gets his packet that he will eventually have to fill out. Now, I know it is a ways away yet, but we would like to change his address now to his dads house to save the hassle later on. Who do I contact to do this? We have only filed the I-130 petition (don't know if that matters or not). I appreciate all help. Thank you in advance.

you can call USCIS as far as I know to change your address. But he should also fill out form AR-11 and send it as he is the alien.

Or you could wait until the petition gets to the NVC then change it there as soon as it arrives!!

Form AR-11 only has to used by an alien if they are already in the US. Just call the USCIS NCSC 1800 number to have the beneficiary's address changed. I would comfirm that it has been done though as other members have had difficulty in the past. NVC can be easier as they can be emailed and you will get confirmation of the change by email.
