Quick Question about I-864

hello everyone .... Quick Question, hope someone can help. We are submitting our I-864 now in our visa process. Does my wife have to send the last 3 years of income tax or can she just send last years. She was reading on the instructions and the form that she has a choice. We ask because last year tax year she filed single because we were not married. She just claimed her daughter. And the years before that she filed with her exhusband. Her taxes from last year she made way above the poverty line fileing alone with her daughter. We got married after the tax season. So any advice would be great. Thanks Everyone...

4 :- Expect that it will be better however the tribulations were increased and expect good thinking of good

5 :- Give more even if you were abstained

Only the most recent tax year is required. 2nd and 3rd year transcripts are optional.

If the 2nd and 3rd year transcripts improve your case, by all means you should send them.

OK .. My wife makes estimate 30,900 maybe alittle more a year with all her different sources of income... Her taxes for last year where only 19,900. Our bracket for support is 125% poverty line for her our daughter and me is 22,000 a year. Her taxes last year where around 19,900.... Should she submit 2006 and 2005 tax year as well or does it not matter. Since her income for the year is above 125%.

I read that I can choose to send my previous tax forms in my paperwork..

I am completing the forms and calling them tomorrow morning to see if

it is necessay.. I dont really want to because last year I traveled alot and

my income was not up to par... Have you found out anything else?
