hmmm so what does that mean? they are finishing up july filers now?

could it be we are among the last batch to be approved?

Well all i had is a touch and i am still pending. I really hope this means something is happening soon. I hate that i have to wait a weekend to know whats going on. I might not even know anything for a while and someone just moved my case to the security check pile.

Yep, we all just have to wait the weekend. At least no holidays this week. I think i would die of shock if my date ever changed on that thing. Good weekend guys!

Hi everyone : )

After 5 months of looking at these boards I have finally found my group of July filers ; ) I just wanted to say hi to everyone and to encourage you all still waiting and congrats to all who have been approved. I think this will be a very special Christmas for all of us and everyone shall become approved on Christmas eve : ) What a great Christmas present wouldn't you agree?

Thus far Olga and myself have not been approved but one good thing they have not sent us a letter saying they lost our paperwork so this is a good thing hahahaha

Our approval letter should come Dec 16 to Dec 21

I want to say that because we have such a diverse board with many nationality's and faiths, I hope that our God's look favorable upon us and help us to have the family's and partners that we all are deserving of very quickly. This is stressful on all of us and it should not be this way, but it is. Lets keep the faith and positive thinking and who knows maybe it shall be tomorrow we will have good news : )

Good Luck everyone and now I want to see more smiling faces here ; )

Feb 9, 2009 - Left NVC "AP hell" Its about damn time! I must say this is money well spent LMAO

Just an Fyi

I talked to a good gal pal of mine who married someone from an eastern country. She stated it will take longer for those who are considered 3rd world countries or high fraud or risk areas. SO it might take longer then those who are from other countries :(

Be patient and it will happen. We are all not on 6 months yet and it can take up to 6 months...after that CALL them and your congressmen!!

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!
