When was the last time she posted?

Her account says last active January 14! She was going to visit her SO last month. She should be back. Her last post was a little worrisome to me.

we received our NOA2 approval on Jan 27 and nvc received our case Feb 2. We emailed our DS3032 that same day with our NVC case number. Since that no response bout them receiving the email. but from what i see on the site this normally takes a week or so.

01/04/09: Went to senators office to speak to them about an inquiry into my case.

01/06.09: Senators office send letter of inquiry to UNCIS CSC.

02/18/09: Called USCIS asked for service request

02/21/09: Recieved letter from USCIS that im in security checks :( and to call beck in 6 nonths..... WOW

02/25/09: APPPRROOVVVVAAALLLL NOA2 Alhumduallah

03/05/09: NVC receives papers

03/06/09: NVC send papers to counsulate

03/12/09: Counsulate have papers

03/27/09: Packet 3

04/02/09: Doctors (everything is a-okay0

04/28/09: Interview

04/28/09: AP ( need nothing further will call when able to proceed

05/04/09: Counsulate call and tell her to come 05/06/09 to counsulate for appointment? Told to bring passport......Is this the day???

05/06/09: Second interview (everything went well) Counsulate keep passport

05/07/09: Call from counsulate to pick up visa tomorrow

07/15/08[/font] Sent off I 129F

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

hey everybody, we are ok now even tho we arent so happy, we havnt received our approval yet, and we both suffered in prison for 21 days, it was horrible :(

and our families here think we are lying about getting married because our lawyer said we would be approved months ago,

We filed our petition on june 30th and got the noa1 on 8th of july and just got approved on the 27 of jan. but i had to call my congressman for help then. got approved same day as the call.

aww, i know, everyone is asking me whats going on. I have no answers myself, therefore none to pass on. I wrote my congressman and senator n no word yet. I have nooo idea what will happen. It has to happen one day! right?

thats good! who is your senator? you in Ca? i wrote mine a couple weeks back, and my congressman. no word. I havent even had a single touch yet and nearly 7 months.

Oh my!!!! Has your congressman been able to tell you anything?

I just got a letter today from my congressman saying they are going to be looking into it. I am ecstatic just to receive a letter that acknowledges the existence of my case! maybe i'm silly to be so happy but i am thrilled at the first sign of possible movement in my case! :dance:
