Just keep waiting. Nothing more we can do for now. Maybe...just maybe, you'll still get it before Christmas. I'm not checking next week as i'll be out of town. I guess my noa2 Christmas present wont arrive. this is depressing. i need a good cry.

there were 7 approvals from CSC today (Thursday) FIVE for September filers!!! the other 2, August filers. whats up with that?? :angry:

I can't believe that they approve sept and august filers ! What about july filers ? I'm bummed for you guys ! I was sad with my RFE but now I'm sad for you !

I'm pretty shocked too. Just last week late July filers were getting approved and this week late August filers are getting approved...and Sept too. I mean good for them but still what about all the June and July filers that are still waiting?I support you guys. I hope that you'll get your NOA2 very soon. You're not forgotten!

i have to agree. The thing is It makes me wonder if some moron has your NOA2 sitting there and its an OOPS moment, is it in security checks (which can take a while if your name is close to someone or there is a small red flag)

OR is it being used as tushy wipe???

I pray you all get yours soon!! I want everyone in june and july to be happy as well as future VJ members as well.

It does get depressing, I know but hold your heads up! ALSO it is getting close to 6 months for July filers..please do not forget to get your congressman involved and do not stop calling until SOMETHING IS DONE. ride them like Zorro!

My guy has a kinda common name so If it was in security checks, would we get a touch at least?? that they at least looked at it? No touches makes me assume it has never been touched or looked at since July. I read anytime they do anything with it (including moving it from one desk to another) they scan it (touch).

Do you think its lost?

i have a kinda fear of talking on phone, so the idea of calling someone makes me cringe! I rather do it in person or email. I'm totally serious about driving down there...

Well I haven't had a touch or anything either and I was under the same impression that you have PB&Jam that if they move it they scan it. So I guess ours is just sitting some place together.

hey now it will be okay and dont worry...thats what i tell myself everyday but as the day grow more and more i get that feeling in my stomach. you know that feeling? i too have seen those others getting approvals im happy for them but sad for me. so me and you are in the same boat........lets keep in touch

I was just searching some topics and came across someone who filed their papers to the CVS in October 2008 and received their NOA2 this morning....73 days after filing only!

So keep your fingers crossed, you may just get a early xmas/new years gift

well PB&J and dillion i have had 12 touches and im still riding this train your on. it is like a rollercoaster. no touch touched touch again yes touch touch touch touch...............no approval im an emotional wreck. im all now. i go on vacation tomorrow, but i check everything from my mobile so ill just punish myself when i look and i see nothing like Navid&Hediyeh. this is becoming oh so unhealthy.
