No NOA2 here either :-( Let's hope all us July filers have our NOA2s by the end of the week! I've got my fingers crossed for you all.

Hello everyone,

I hope that you all are in great sprites as Olga and myself are. Last night I come to open my email and I seen a very surprising letter from USCIS-CRIS@dhs.gov. Now mind you I am a pretty good size boy and I do not fear too many things in life LoL. But my jaw hit the floor, I think I did something in my pants, and I was fumbling for my mouse but I could not click fast enough. I finally open the letter and I see APPROVED. I sat there in complete shock LoL.

Now I want to pass our good fortune to all of you so you shall be approved before X-Mass if not tomorrow : )

I shall keep praying for all of you so that God's hand moves quickly on everyones VISA's : )

Jul 19, 2008 - Sent K-1 and K-2 petition to USCIS / CSC

Jul 24, 2008 - Received NOA1 I-797C

Dec 17, 2008 - Received NOA2 "APPROVED" Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

Dec 30, 2008 - NVC Received packet

Feb 9, 2009 - Left NVC "AP hell" Its about damn time! I must say this is money well spent LMAO

there were 7 approvals from CSC today (Thursday) FIVE for September filers!!! the other 2, August filers. whats up with that?? :protest::angry: :angry:

Just keep waiting. Nothing more we can do for now. Maybe...just maybe, you'll still get it before Christmas. I'm not checking next week as i'll be out of town. I guess my noa2 Christmas present wont arrive. :( this is depressing. i need a good cry. :crying:

hey guys, i understand your frustration, i'm an august filer and feel sad too they started september, PB&JAM you have a very inspiring signature, i believe in that too, dont lose hope, miracles happen on Christmas, just have faith :)

I can't believe that they approve sept and august filers ! What about july filers ? I'm bummed for you guys ! I was sad with my RFE but now I'm sad for you !

Feb 21 2007-Mar 21 2007 = 1st visit in Manila

Mar 04 2007 = our official anniversary date

Sep 03 2007-Sep 26 2007 = 2nd visit in Manila

May 01 2008-June 04 2008 = 3rd visit in Manila

May 04 2008 = Engaged

July 02 2008 = sent out I-129 F

July 22 2008 = NOA1

July 23 2008 = Check Cashed

Feb 23 2009 = NOA2

Apr 08 2009-May 07 2009 = 4th visit in Manila

Apr 13 2009 = Medical passed

Apr 23 2009 = Interview passed
