i havnt felt this horrible the entire process. . .

when are we going to be approved :( :( :(

I know!! I feel real sad too. When I'm stressed/sad I lose weight and i'm already too thin, now i'm disappearing! I'm gonna be a head on a stick soon!

Just checking in on my dear forgotten ones. How is every one holding up? I feel pretty alone here but I know I'm not. nothing new today.

it makes it worse when all these august filers are just flyin by with approvals :(

10/14/09 - Walked in for Biometrics appointment

10/15/09 - Touch I-485/I-765

10/16/09 - I-485 transferred to CSC

11/6/09 - EAD approved

11/9/09 - Advance Parole approved

11/23/09- Received EAD/AP

12/2/09 - Email Card Production Ordered!!!!

12/9/09 - Card received

awww, sorry. what a letdown! I saw you guys are 13 on Igor's list. I realize Igor's list means nothing now.

I don't have anything either...would be nice to just get a touch. I hate seeing 8/5/08 everytime I check.. I am convinced that it is never going to change.

I know!!! I swear mine has dust on it. Mine is july 29...same freakin date, month after month after month.

we are officially.....forgotten.

well chances are, that we are in the same pile because, our date is also 7 31, and sent is 7 29 and last updated is 8/5

so maybe we will be approved together?

well chances are, that we are in the same pile because, our date is also 7 31, and sent is 7 29 and last updated is 8/5

so maybe we will be approved together?

yeah, theres Corinthians and jokalu, and others on Igor's list. dont think they post on here much tho. sorry if i'm forgetting someone.

07/15/08[/font] Sent off I 129F

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

what happens when we call our congressman? and also i have a lawyer so isnt my lawyer supposed to do that kind of stuff?

I really do hope we get approved on the same day because I wouldn't want to leave you guys behind. LOL! So I had a good cry tonight and I feel better...our approvals are coming!

awwww! that makes me sad u cried. i KNOW!..if i got approved i would feel like i was betraying u guys. but its 100% truth that when u guys get approved I will be sooo happy for you! I'm rooting for you all!

i'm not gonna lie and say i jumped for joy at the september filer that got approved. I mean, thats great, good for her, but man, makes me feel terrible!
