I called NVC Today and sad :( to say it's more than 2 weeks since i submitted the DS230 documents and it still under review. NO RFE though. But I wonder what's going on?

Congratulations!

Did you send the DS3032 by email or Express mail?

Our express mail copy was received an input within days.

The NVC took 13 days to respond to the email. By the time they responded to the email, they had finished reviewing the AOS packet and were reviewing the DS230 packet. I think mailing it in is much quicker than email.

Hopefully they will respond soon.

Just called the NVC today...our case was completed December 2nd. Yeah! I was told that they schedule interviews with the consulate the second week of every month for interviews the following month and I feel certain that we will be able to get an interview date in January so our interview will probably be scheduled next week. I am really excited!

Hello! Just checking our fellow VJ's approved in Oct.

Our case was finally completed (12/08). It's weird though because i didnt received any RFE and they barely completed reviewing our case. I sent our DS-230 and documents on Nov. 12, almost a month.

But i'm happy though, :blush: i am just hoping that we can still get a January interview, so my husband can join us on February. (L) 6 years of separation is way too much to handle. :(
