AOS - Which Birth Certificate?

I'm applying for AOS and I'm not sure which birth certificate to copy and send. I was born in B.C. and have two birth certificates - like these:

Anyone gone through this and knows which one to use!?

You will need the large one, with your parent's names on it.

Will I ever need to show the original? I'm asking because it's at my parents' home in Canada... if I get a copy faxed to me, will that be sufficient for me to have all the way through the process?

Have them scan it as a pdf and email it to you. Then print it from your home. The quality will be better than a fax.
