Hey guys, I want to ask you guys who are in the process or have been threw the whole AOS filing process. I have some particular questions to ask regarding some of the forms. First question is in regards to I-765, in question 1., I believe, its says on the right side beside name which isnt the question, but the question asks which USCIS office and date, do I put anything there, if this is my 1st time applying for an EAD? Also it says on the form results, is that also left blank because its my first time applying? Question 13, it says last place of entry would I put the place I told the border guard at the US border where I was going? 15. It asks current immigration status, I know I am currently out of status right now, so would I put that in current immigration status or my last staus that I came in as a visitor? Sorry I know these are some stupid questions I am asking. A question about the I-864 form, I heard you can use the I-864EZ form instead of the I-864, is that true? I also want to ask, is it true that all you need to submit for the I-864EZ form is a letter head from the employer explaing the spouses postion current salary etc etc, 6 months paystubs and last yrs income tax return? I want to also ask, what is the cost to file AOS concurrently with EAD and A/P? Do you make two checks, one for the biometrics and one for the 1-130 and I-485 or do you make it out to one amount? What is meant by concurrently? How do you package everything finally, like in a folder with 2 pockets or something and how do you attach the payments on each seperate package or no. Thank you in advance and I am so sorry for asking all these questions.

WAS YOUR INTENT UPON ENTRY TO MARRY AND IMMIGRATE?

How about NOT writing one continuous sentence, perhaps one question per line?
