We are also a little confused about what my husband who is a US citizen should check in his G-325 A

in " This form is submitted in connection with application for ...

as I understand in his form it should be "other" , ( as he is obviously applying neither for naturalization nor for status as permanent resident) but then how does he specify this "other"?

In my G-325 A I just check "Status as permanent resident" , right?

Also , i do not have SSN, should I write NONE or N/A or should just leave it blank, so when I get it it could be written in there by USCIS . how does that work, anybody, please?

oh, I reviwed the example forms and figured out it shoud be just NONE.

My husband is the US citizen, when he filed the I-130, he checked "Status as Permanent Resident" since that form is submitted in CONNECTION with an application for the NON-US Spouse, which is me. As for my G325-A, I check that same thing too ""Status as Permanent Resident".

Touch wood, so far everything is going smooth....... GOOD LUCK to you also!

Hello, hope this is an appropriate place to ask this - it is related to the I-130 form:

In box 22: "Your relative is in the US and will apply for AOS to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:"

As I will be filing the I-130, I-485 concurrently - do I simply put:

City: Chicago

State: IL

As that is where the form instructions tell me to send these forms?

Just checking that I don't put "Jacksonville FL" - just because they're near to me... do I?

Thanks.

So whats the answer to this question? The nearest office to me is San Francisco, CA... thats what I wrote on that box 22... but now i realize that i'm actually sending it out to Chicago... hmmmm....

What did you put in box 22? I wrote: Tucson, Arizona because I thought that's the nearest USCIS office for me. What exactly I supposed to write in this box 22? My mind is getting frustrated!!!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
