:crying::crying: my husband is in romanina hes been there 4 years now ,i filed a i-129 and the embassy truned him down then barred him for 10 years because he stayed he over his visa for 2 years, so i went last march we married i just need to know will he still have to do a waver now we are married, i miss him very much since he has been go and we married i came home filed the i-130 since then ive been thur cancer and have had 3 sygurys is there any one out there that can help me thank you

any one here going thu vienna austra my husbands i-601 was sent to. i need to ask if any one knows when me and my husband went to the embassey and filed the waver they said he got the 10 year bar for over staying then they said it was also some thing about mrisrepation has any ever seen some thing like that and if so is it really hard to get it aprove thank you all
