Hi all,

I got my temp GC on 5/2005, and applied for removal in Feb 2007, after a year I was requested an RFE after which my case was sent to local Office for interview, In August 2008 I had my interview, everything went well but at the end officer told me that my Fingerprint has expired and I need to get that done. I did Fingerprint next week and on Oct 10 received the letter for interview again. Can anyone please shed any light on it. I have researched VJ forums and could not find anything similar to that. Any help will be helpful.

I also called USCIS and as usual they have no info.

I think I would make an infopass appointment and ask about that. You should not have to do 2 interviews.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

If they decided he has to go through 2 interview for I-751 what we can do? Just follow the instruction at the same time you can talk to a officer making an appointment.
