don't know if that link will work--but in double-checking the service-center address to put on my cover letter I find this confusing situation:

Vermont

USCIS TSC

P.O. Box 850965

Mesquite, TX 75185-0965

could this be correct??? why 'Vermont' ??

Yes---I'm in South Carolina.

I've looked at these addresses before and never saw that 'Vermont' in there--could be a typo---or something new?

True, but if you look at the web site, it actually does say Vermont as the header for the address, even though it does say except in the directions.

It does appear to be a Typo.
