I-129F NOA1 not received

Hi all,

I am new here (just registered). We sent our I-129F packet to USCIS in September and it was received on the 12th according to USPS tracking information. However it's over a month later now and we have not received any acknowledgement. Also since the I-129F does not require a processing fee we cannot tell from a cashed check that our application was in fact entered into their system. From my previous dealings with USCIS I know that calling customer service is not going to help. Has anyone been in this situation before and if so, what did you do ? We know we have a long wait ahead of us, but it would at least be reassuring to know that our application is in the system.

Oh Sorry to hera that RooDee! My papers is in California Service Center and it only took over a week for me to get the NOA1. You will get yours soon . Good Luck. Lets keep in touch since you are one of the September filer for k3. Good luck for our visa journey!!

I just called the customer service center and was pleasantly surprised to get through to a lady who confirmed that my application was received on 09/16 and who gave me my case number. So now I am officially one of the September K3 filers !
