Sent our application to VSC in mid-September. Yet to get our notice of action (see my other post) but hoping that VSC is just slow is generating the notices.

I also mailed the I-129F (for K-3) on September 16 and received the NOA1 on September 22. So, I am definitely with you guys! I just hope & pray that we do not have to wait that long.

Hey im IN! Our I-129 NOA1 is dated September 16, 2008. Hopefully we will all get an approval soon...it would be a sweet christmas gift from USCIS Wish you all the best guys and let's continue to pray.

Oh my God! Lovers in Love..I just looked at your times & read the approximate amount of time for the I-130 & I-129F for the CSC. It can't believe it states that it my take that long. That is scary! God, I can't believe it! =(
