guys, guess what. my case is completed at NVC today. i sent my DS 230 on 10/7 and NVC started process on 10/9, and since due to Columbus Day holiday yesterday, it was delayed for one day. now the case will go to Mumbai, India. i am so happy.

Met Wife online on May 19th, 2007

Met In person Oct. 19th, 2007

Got Married Oct. 22nd, 2007

I - 130 sent Nov 14th, 2007

NOA1 - Jan. 24th, 2008

Touched Feb 24th, 2008

Case Transfer to CSC - August 6th 2008

Touched August 9th

Touched August 11th

Touched August 12th

Touched August 15- Approved

Sent to NVC August 18th

NVC Received August 22nd

Got Case # August 22nd

Generated AOS FEE and IV Processing Bill- August 29th 2008

Got IIN # - Sept. 3rd, 2008

Paid AOS FEE bill and IV processing Bill - Sept. 3rd, 2008

when is interview date be given to me? the operator said it will be given out in second week of november.

PLEASE be more accurate in your subject title.

Your DS-230 was reviewed in 3 days.

That is entirely different from the your entire NVC process being completed in 3 days.

Agreed! That confused me too...

I haven't done the NVC long, but my experience is they are very fast at doing processing. I sent in my I-864 and forgot to include the W2 and knew I would get a RFE for it and planned to send it with the DS-230 to cut shipping costs... To make a long story short (as I have that tendency to be long winded)... They got the packet on a Friday and on Tuesday night when I talked to the operator on the phone they had already reviewed it and issued the RFE.

So they are moving really fast!

Subject title is misleading. Anyway, I have link that I found from VJ posting. I don't know whether it is accurate or not. I haven't complete my case. so, I don't know. u keep trying and see whether it is correct or not.
