Hello,

1) I have paid my DS-230 ( IV ) fee and it was clear and I have printed out my cover sheet with barcode and address

2) On Friday I also received missing document list from NVC stating I need to submit my DS-230 form with all the supporting documents which I know (Waiting for PCC from India) I will have missing PCC by end of this week or next week depened on when my wife will get it from Passport Office in India

Here is my question both cover sheet & missing document list has same address but different Attn. which one should I use when I send my DS-230 package. Does any one know which one will process it more faster I don't want to send it to Attn.CMR if Attn.DR will process it more faster. Any one with any info please respond to my question. Thank You Rmusic

DR = Direct Review.

That's the one you want to use for RFE

See the info on RFE in the LingChe guide.

Thank you Ling Ling for your respond, what I was thinking was if they don't have enought staff for Attn.DR/REF it might take while for them to process my documents ( I forgot I am at the NVC now not at USCIS ) VS Attn.CMR might have more than enought staff to process it more faster but I will go with Attn.DR since that is the latest paper I have received from the NVC. Thank you again for your respond Rmusic.
