I-864 question #24e

Hi all,

I recently married my K-1 Fiance and we are filling out all the forms for AOS. I could use just some minor clarification of I-864 question #24 e.

#24 e says: "The person listed above, __________ does not need to complete I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependents."

If "the person listed above" is whoever is listed in #24 b, and that area is blank, then I suppose I leave #24 e blank? or, if they are referring to the person included in "Part 2: Information on the Principal Immigrant" then I suppose I include her? So, which area does #24 e refer to?

24e is the intending immigrant being sponsored.

In our case I make well above the poverty line, and was sponsoring only one immigrant, my wife so we used I-864EZ.

I-864EZ is for:
