Hello everyone! i got a call from my mom telling me that my petition was approved. Received it from the mail today. Im sooo happy.. ^_^

I need help with what to do next after receiving NOA2. My questions are:

1.What documents should the petitioner provide for the beneficiary now?

2.What should the beneficiary expect to receive from Us embassy?

3.What are the things that the petitioner must do after Noa2?

4.What will the NVC do with my case?

5.Can the NVC deny K1 petitons?

Thanks to everyone who have helped me go through with this.. wishing you all goodluck. :star:

You may want to look at US Embassy Website:

1-4

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf

5) NO , NVC assigns a case number and sends to consulate, they hafe the counselor officer make that decision.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You will have plenty of time to get prepared for your beneficiary's interview. The NVC simply processes the petitions and transports the file to the U.S. Embassy in Manila. That can take a month. It can then take 60 days or more before the U.S. Embassy contacts the beneficiary and gives the necessary instructions so as to apply for the visa, the medical exam, pay the fees, etc. etc. Only the Consulate in Manila can deny the visa application. Your approved petition is safe. From you, the beneficiary will need evidence that you as petitioner can provide the necessary financial support once you are together in the U.S. That can be express-shipped once an interview date is known. That's your only role until the interview, and if there is any doubt that the visa would be granted (e.g., great age difference, etc. etc.) it would be helpful for you to be there, plainly visible to the interviewer.
