Hi there,

I'm busy filling out the papers for my AOS and I'm on the 765 (EAD). My question is the choices to check at the top of the form. Since I was received a temp EAD with my I-94 (I flew into JFK as my POE). Do I need to check "permission to accept employment" or "renewal of my permission to accept employment"? If its the latter, do I attach a copy of my I-94 with the temp EAD on it?

06/22/2011 - VSC Received the package

06/23/2011 - NOA Receipt Date

06/27/2011 - NOA Arrived in the Mail

06/27/2011 - Check is cleared

07/15/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Letter in the Mail

08/10/2011 - Biometrics Appointment

03/05/2012 - Approved

03/08/2012 - Green Card has been mailed out to me

03/10/2012 - 10y Green Card Received

The "Temp" EAD from JFK is NOT renewable. You are applying for a new EAD based on pending I-485 code (C )(9 ).

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

in fact i marked the first box and the weird thing ok the letter-numbers is C - 9 ! :D
