Wow, this news is blowing my mind! Kiya has some great advice, I hope you choose to listen to her. Please keep us informed, I really do hope the best for you.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your follow-up e-mail. This office must conduct further administrative processing in Casablanca before sending your husband’s case to USCIS. We apologize for the delays associated with this case. Unfortunately we have experienced an unexpectedly high volume of cases and we have not processed cases as quickly as we initially anticipated.

Regards,

Immigration Visa Section

Casablanca, Morocco

This is normal. I recieved the same letter when my case was pending. :) We thought it would take up to 6months! But it only took 10 days :)

This letter may sound normal to someone that is undergoing AP, but her case is unique as in they denied their visa and were going to return the petition to the USCIS. That is why we are all excited about it. We are thinking that they are going to review their case further before they send it back.

Martini, how are things going?
