about the form for the police certificate

it asks if you have been resident at your current address for the last five years. if not give the others on the second sheet.

I have been resident at my parents home for the last five years. but i rented places in the next council district for each year of univercity so i could stay over for the week. still registered to vote in parents town. and the council from the district at uni knew i was there but registered for voting else where.

my question is do i really have to state the addresses of my uni residences. or will they automatically come up anyhow?

i cant remember my full addresses of those places anyhow, and as for providing evidence of the residences. i dont think i kept anything

also if a question does not apply should i write n/a or leave blank. man i feel so dumb

Just an opinion, but I think your permanent address is your parents. Uni students move all over the place, but normally the parent's address is considered home. I would try using just that since you don't even remember the street addresses.

If a question doesn't apply, put N/A. Some questions might be more appropriately answered NONE. Wish I could think of an example, but I'm dumb now too. Getting sleepy. <yawn>

I know on AOS, where it said Social Security number, we answered NONE (because he has none), rather than saying N/A.

H&V, that's exactly what you have to do - it's been your permanent legal residence for the duration, irrespective of the uni digs. I know about this #######, you see (I have to vet everyone that works for me over a five year period).
