I never make my bed. What's the point? I'm just going to mess it up again later.

 that is my philosophy too.. my mom didn't agree with that though ..

the only time I kind of make my bed is when I change the sheets

i guess right now I hate washing the clothes because I have to do them at the laundromat...

Aww that must really suck! When I moved over here I was without a washer for a while. It sucked as I've always had my own washer/dryer. Now I have two lovely front loaders that are a dream to use. Never again will I be without one. Never! :D

You can't beat getting into a nicely made, fresh bed at night.

I voted "other" cause there was no ALL OF THE ABOVE choice.

I cannot function if my bed is not made every single day.

I picked other because there was no choice for all of the above.
Picked other as I don't like:
  • yardwork (edit: though I've lived in apartments for most of the last 14 years, I have lived in houses in Calgary from 1973-1993--and absolutely loathe yardwork to this day)
  • cleaning oven/stove (almost always, this is nasty)
  • cleaning washroom

Perhaps. Or the messiness of your house reflects that you work incredibly long hours to support your family and when you do have a minute off, you choose to spend it nurturing the family life.

I don't like housework-I do it because I have to, so I have every appliance available to do stuff for me...:)

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

yardwork....u stink like dirty lawn motor fumes...u get grass all over ur ankles and in ur shoes...it just sucks!!!

 Here is my plan then-I'll do the yardwork, you can cook, vacuum, iron, fold clothes, put away the groceries and clean the toilet. After all that you may have time to take a shower to wash the smell of clorox and dishwasher detergent off you....Only to have to do exactly the same jobs tomorrow, with the same stuff.

yardwork, however means there is a beautiful garden after you're done, it's not the same everyday AND out of the house leaving someone else to do the above jobs!!!!!

B) :P:thumbs:

I chose washing floors....only because no matter how much I swiffer, sweep, vacuum etc, I ALWAYS find trace hairs, cat hairs anything on them as soon as I finish, Also not listed, I hate cleaning the kitty litter....blech!

Im also one of the wierd ones who likes doing laundry (I love the smell of freshly cleaned clothes). One thing I like more than laundry is ironing. I have no idea why! Something about the way it smooths out the wrinkles...its kind of relaxing for me!
