I was looking at this check list, for DS-230 and i found this,,

"Original 2 Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship of the Petitioner and the Beneficiary"

now on I-130 i just send in (2) bank statement showing the joint account,,, can i do the same with DS-230...What do you guys think ?

But see, I just went to the DOS site and looked at the form and list of documents and can't find that info. Maybe it's different for DCF since they're filing everything with the embassy, but for CR1/IR1 visas, you send that in when you file the I-130.

You don't need to provide any such thing for the DS-230. Ours was just completed at NVC.
