I really dont know where did you get this from, before you write somthing like this and make this kind of assamptions, you need to search and learn first, you are far from reality, in islam men are responsible for their wives/family, they are the ones who should work to support and provide not the woman, if the woman work what she make is hers and hers alone, husband cant ask or force her to spend her money unless she wants to help to supprot the family, in the other hand man is the soul responsible to provide and supprot for his family, and as in every society, race, gender, and in all folks of life, there is good and bad, mature and immature, this woman married to 22 year old , he still immature, and wants him to be responsible for a family, yes there is many 22 years old who work hard and also there is many others of the same age who dont have that sense of responsibility.
