DHL Tracking K-1 Packet 3 from Juarez

Is it possible to track our Packet 3 that would be leaving the consulate in Juarez to the USC and/or the Beneficiary? Do they always use DHL now?

Does one use the same EXP -date- (reference) tracking strategy that people use for the NVC to consulate step?

What is the zip code used for DHL out of the consulate? I assume it's different from the P.O. Box address zip code 79995-0545 given on the NVC "recently received the I-129F" approval letter.

Appreciate any advice...thank you. :luv:

I am still not sure if the consulate sends packet 3 with DHL or regular mail, even the consulate was NOT able to tell me. Anyone know? Has anyone gone to Window #2 at the Juarez Consulate and picked up their open appointment letter? This is what the consulate told us to do after I called them yesterday to find out what the status was with sending Package 3. They said they had approved our file and sent the package around the October 12, but I haven't seen it as of today.

We are going to take the risk and go to Juarez without the letter and pick it up there. All other documents we got online.

Hi Mobius, if you need information what you will need to the appointment i could help, as my future husband told you we were in Juarez already but like the consulate is moving we have to wait until they are in the new building, i will be in Juarez again December 11 and 12 so i hope i can have luck and all be ok about my documents..

But if you have a doubt i received a copy of mine so i can send you what do you will need, you can pay the medical exam in the clinic, you no need go to the bank..

And to the appointment you will need pay in the bank, there is a one near to the Holiday Inn hotel in the Adolfo Lopez Mateos Street...

When will be your fiance in Juarez?...

Take care

Erika

Hi, I plan on going to Juarez with my fiance around the same time, 1st or second week of Dec. I don't have a packet but it seems like we may be able to just retrieve our info at the consulate in Juarez?

? So we can pay directly at the medical office for the exam, I imagine that we need some papers to take to a "certain bank" to pay at the interview?

Any info about interviews at the new consulate would be much appreciated.

thanks

marko

Hi Marko,

I think you will need to call to the consulate in Juarez becuase when you go to the medical examination, they will ask for your Visa Appointment Letter, in my case my package had the next: the visa appointment letter, the instructions for the medical examination, the instructions about what i need to have to my appointment and you need the document called Intend to Marry Affidavit, and the complement DS-156, all this you can download from the same site of the consulate, but the important is the visa appointment letter, becuase this document contains your case number and the time you have to be in the consulate, in my case i have from 8 to 10 am.

For your medical examination you will pay inside the clinic not in the bank, but again you need show them your letter, after this you need go to the Banamex bank and pay for the appointment..

The issue here is i have all my documents already only i am waiting to my appointment, to the new consulate i dont know if you will go to the same clinics(I guess yes), or you will need to go another near from the consulate..

I called to them the last week they told me the place is safe, they have not parking area, and there is a mall so you can eat out if you want, i will be in the Holiday Inn Express, becuse this hotel is so close to the consulate.

If you want i can send you a copy of my package and you can check if you need a document more, but if you can call to the consulate to ask about your visa appointment letter will be great. You know the issue in Mexico is our mail service, thanks to my fiancee i have a copy of my package, becuase mine i dont know where is, may be still in Juarez, hahaha...

If you speak spanish i think we could to talk better and i could explain better, you know not is the same try to say in english that spanish..

Have a nice day

Erika
