Couldn't call yesterday due to Columbus Day (observed holiday). Now the line is busy. The one time I got through an automated message said I could call back 6pm Eastern time? Wha???

Not that this is an absolute crisis, but I kinda want to vent.

When our case was at the NVC I always called ½ hour before they closed, 11:30 p.m. EST. I always found the night customer service reps to be nicer and more helpful than the ones during the day.

hehe, on 2nd of october when I called to verify if my case has really been completed or not (yes I am paranoid kind) the guy actually was yawning while saying Good morning :lol:

It would be for the best if you call them tomorrow, I do guess it will be all busy today.
