Hello again friends, but the ways thanks to all who answer my questions, regarding letter of intent, I have another questions about my POE, my medical is on 16 th of this month and i know they will ask there where is my point of entry? My chosen iterenary is mnla-japan/ japan-detroit/ detroit-bwi.. dont know where is my point of entry..my destination is maryland usa..thanks again hope to received answer again guyz!

03/15/2010-- Received I-797C NOA for I-1485 & I-1765

03/16/2010-- I-1485&I-765 touched

03/20/2010-- received Biometrics appt. letter

04/05/2010-- Biometrics appt.@ 3:00 pm

04/06/2010-- EAD, 1-485,..Touched

05-01-2010-- Received Mail from uscis for interview (Thank God, no Rfe.)

05-07-2010-- touched 1-765 / card production ordered

05-26-2010-- Received EAD Card

06-03-2010---Interview @ Philadelpia USCIS @ 10:35 am (Approved :))

06-04-2010---Received e-mail--Card Production order ( Green Card)

06-07-2010---Received Welcome Letter from uscis

06-08-2010---Received email card production order (again?)

06-23-2010---Greencard Received yahoooooo!!!!

Your poe is where you go through customs. this will be your first stop in the United States

Your POE is the first US airport you land in (which according to your itinerary, is Detroit). :thumbs:

Youre POE will be in Detroit where you will submit your brown envelop. Anyways, in medical I dont think they will going to ask you whats youre port of entry. The embassy dont want you to get a flight before you get youre visa this is a big no no for them. Sometimes it takes like a month for you to get ur visa so just for sure dont get your flight yet till the visa is in your hand. Goodluck!

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

According to your itinerary BWI was your last stop thats Baltimore so i think that would be your point of entry.

Nooooooooooo.... It is always the first US airport (except for places with foreign pre-inspection stations)... for the OP it is DTW...

You were right on that one, excuse my mistake... Detroit is the first airpot before baltimore and she would have dropped her brown envelope there too
