I text this afternoon a delbros just curious if my case is been verified already, And here's the format of my text which I only copy to our fellow VJ, I text MNL2008****** when did you forwarded my case to NSO? I paid Sept 29,2008 and I sent to this number 0917-6221949. and this is what Delbros reply to me

We already confirmed your payment for document verification on September 30, 2008 we are still waiting for your verification form to be forwarded by the Embassy. Thank you

Guy's I am just being confuse what the delbros reply to me, even if I have an idea I still want to make sure that I am right what I am thinking, Can anyone Please tell me those who knows how to process the DV. Thank you for any reply.. God bless to all of US

Starting this October, the Embassy has "waived" the DV process due to the backlogs of the NSO. They would require that you bring all civil documents (birth certificate, marriage ceritificate, CENOMAR or CENMAR (marriage index) during your interview. Visit also the Manila US Embassy for details.
