ok but only if you eat a TON of fatty food for me in the next two weeks since I'm on a strick lowfat diet until I get this thing outta me.

My mouse is bwoken You know the little white bally thing that lets you go up and down when you roll it with your finger? Well I roll it but nothing happens. I called two weeks ago 'cause it just wouldn't work period and the guy fixed it but he's wicked sweaty and smelly so I don't wanna call him to fix my little ball today. *sigh*

I'm on a conference call and I swear I laughed out loud! Speed reader that I am ... I saw Sweaty, Smelly and ball.... I had to go back and read it over...

Before I met Ahmed, I used to work out a lot. After we got married my workout time turned into computer/chat/cam time and I went to he!! in a hand basket. I've never been small, but at least I was in better shape. It's so helpful when our men are supportive! Good for you!! Ahmed, God love him, says I'm perfect as I am, but I know better You're an inspiration

Got to sleep in till 6:45 so I could take the car in by 7:15. Hubby was sweet enough to make sure I was up. I think that was the fastest I've ever been in and out of the dealer! But, thank God it didn't rain while my trunk was open. Now it can, I'm ok with it!

Annie, you're a rock star for working out so hard! I need to do that again.

Hope all that aren't feeling tops get better soon and surgeries all around!

You're the sweetest. I wish my butt was a rock LOL I need to keep on track and keep going. My hubby has been so supportive so it makes it easier.

well i can relate

i am a certified personal trainer and have been a gym rat for most of my adult life

this last year without my husband has taken it's toll on me, not only was i for 1/2 of this year working my ### off with 2 jobs but also rushing home to spend time with him online after waiting all day to do so

i couldnt find the time nor did i want to take the time to work on me

I used to have a kick ### lil figure...a year ago

now after one year of eating too much and all the wrong things and NOT EXERCISING A BIT

I have gone to ####!

I am so disappointed too, even the little bit of work out I do doesnt amount to much

i have just let myself go due to depression, could care less....but when I see myself in the mirror or try on my clothes that fit me LAST YEAR...omg I want to crawl in a hole

well, add that to the fact that my husband has only seen me in the tip top of shape so I feel a little pressure

i need to lose at least 15 lbs to be back to normal ...well see what this #### process is doing to me

i swear i am going to get back on track

You can do it...and I have been there! I was the same but over the years of waiting, process and then the babies coming...Blah! So I'm back and I have set some goals. We did this program at work that has helped me set personal and work related goals. Its based on the book The Best Year Yet....I LOVE IT!

Ok...I'm gonna vent here for a sec....lotta drama today!

I'm kinda bummed..my friends are being all edgy because they're "overbooked" and dont want people to approach them with plans to do things. BUT at the same time, they complain when they are left out. So..? On the one hand, everyone wants to find time to do stuff, but when I suggest something, they jump down my throat that they're too busy or don't have time! I just almost had my head bit off for asking one of my friends if she was free Sunday.. another said that if we wanted her to go to something it's gotta be ___ and ___ and ___. But in the end said she wasn't free those dates anyway...GEEZ! Just trying to find fun things to do

I like that...I've actually posted my status on Facebook in the past with something similar, and have gotten some "WHOA"s from people....hehe....

Carmen, I also think you could just do a CarmenDay. You know, make it your own national holiday - go see the movie that Carmen wants to see, eat what Carmen wants to eat, get Carmen's nails done. Girl - some of my best times were spent ALONE - doing what I wanted!!!

That's an idea too...my hunny actually suggested that recently. He told me I dont schedule enough time for myself..that I should go for a nice long drive (something he likes to do to relax) or make time to read again or watch movies...I thought that was sweet of him to point that out He better remember that when he's here and I want a girls night

My evil, evil cousin came in for an appointment this morning and brought me 2 *huge* pieces of cake - some delicious, home made pear cake w/ caramel icing that her MIL made She couldn't have it all at her house, cuz, well, like me, she'd eat.... so what did she do? She brought some to me!!!!! It's deeee licious! I'm having it w/ coffee now and I may not feel like working in a while!

I've never had a kickin figure, but I do feel your pain. The first year of this immigration thing I gained 15 (Which Ahmed was ok with cause he said I was too thin when I left Cairo. Which I wasn't, trust me!), then my doctor put me on insulin cause, of course, my hubby would be here any day and we wanted to start having kids right away (I'm not getting any younger here!). So that was a year ago and another 15 pounds, insulin is not my friend. I eat like a freaking rabbit and it does nothing. He's so sweet about it and supportive. I just keep thinking when he gets here we can go walking and stuff together. It's always easier with a buddy. Thank God he's a bit of a chubby chaser!!

Your husband will love you no matter what! At least he better! And I'm sure he'll think you are amazingly beautiful just as you are! (even tho they do tend to make unwise comments without thinking first )

Jess - My sister had to have her gallbladder removed when she was about 6 months pregnant, and she was only 19 at the time. She got soooo sick. They didn't want to do it becuase they were worried about the baby but even a major diet change didn't help so they had to suck it out. She got through it fine. I definetely think there's some correlation between pregnancy and galbladders.

Getting ready to start on packet 3; they never sent neither 3 nor 4 in the mail but i got it online and i got the physical thru email but thats it!!! r they crazy?? i wrote back asking for them but ill get on it either way!

Cant resist desserts or any kind!!! addicted!! and i was supposed to have a membership at the gym since last month and i didnt do it till now!! and im running out of time i wanna be fit by the time i c hubby! oh well may be this weekend lol

to all the sick mena gurls hope u all get well soon sisters.

looking forward to having lots of fun with u ladies tonight c ya

Each time I would ask "is there anything else?" and they would say "No, you have to have the blah blah blah, like we said" and it would always have one more thing in it. hlm..... out of the blue, he's bringing up the past. It's not like I kept anything from him, in fact I was probably TOO honest. And now it is coming back to bite me in the butt.

I wrote him a long email. It's all I can do as it is 2am there and he isn't answering his phone. grrrrrrrrrr

I think they sent our packet 3 to me here in the States. Ibrahim didn't get it yet. I am sure if I email Amman they will say to wait 30 days. So I might as well wait and see if it shows up. They claimed they mailed it on Sept 24th.

way back in the ancient years they thought they were going tohave to take mine out when i was pregnant with my first also but we managed to wait until i think he was about 6 7 8 months old BUT when they got in there they found one of my kidneys had NEVER worked so got to procedures while i was there
