it's true! at both libraries where I work its almost impossible to find a tampon in the building when you need one. You just get the "Honey, I'm done with those days" look from them..

Ok...I'm gonna vent here for a sec....lotta drama today!

I'm kinda bummed..my friends are being all edgy because they're "overbooked" and dont want people to approach them with plans to do things. BUT at the same time, they complain when they are left out. So..? On the one hand, everyone wants to find time to do stuff, but when I suggest something, they jump down my throat that they're too busy or don't have time! I just almost had my head bit off for asking one of my friends if she was free Sunday.. another said that if we wanted her to go to something it's gotta be ___ and ___ and ___. But in the end said she wasn't free those dates anyway...GEEZ! Just trying to find fun things to do

Carmen, I also think you could just do a CarmenDay. You know, make it your own national holiday - go see the movie that Carmen wants to see, eat what Carmen wants to eat, get Carmen's nails done. Girl - some of my best times were spent ALONE - doing what I wanted!!!

My evil, evil cousin came in for an appointment this morning and brought me 2 *huge* pieces of cake - some delicious, home made pear cake w/ caramel icing that her MIL made She couldn't have it all at her house, cuz, well, like me, she'd eat.... so what did she do? She brought some to me!!!!! It's deeee licious! I'm having it w/ coffee now and I may not feel like working in a while!

ok but only if you eat a TON of fatty food for me in the next two weeks since I'm on a strick lowfat diet until I get this thing outta me.

My mouse is bwoken You know the little white bally thing that lets you go up and down when you roll it with your finger? Well I roll it but nothing happens. I called two weeks ago 'cause it just wouldn't work period and the guy fixed it but he's wicked sweaty and smelly so I don't wanna call him to fix my little ball today. *sigh*

Before I met Ahmed, I used to work out a lot. After we got married my workout time turned into computer/chat/cam time and I went to he!! in a hand basket. I've never been small, but at least I was in better shape. It's so helpful when our men are supportive! Good for you!! Ahmed, God love him, says I'm perfect as I am, but I know better You're an inspiration

Good Morning MENA!

Got to sleep in till 6:45 so I could take the car in by 7:15. Hubby was sweet enough to make sure I was up. I think that was the fastest I've ever been in and out of the dealer! But, thank God it didn't rain while my trunk was open. Now it can, I'm ok with it!

Annie, you're a rock star for working out so hard! I need to do that again.

Hope all that aren't feeling tops get better soon and surgeries all around!

You're the sweetest. I wish my butt was a rock LOL I need to keep on track and keep going. My hubby has been so supportive so it makes it easier.

well i can relate

i am a certified personal trainer and have been a gym rat for most of my adult life

this last year without my husband has taken it's toll on me, not only was i for 1/2 of this year working my ### off with 2 jobs but also rushing home to spend time with him online after waiting all day to do so

i couldnt find the time nor did i want to take the time to work on me

I used to have a kick ### lil figure...a year ago

now after one year of eating too much and all the wrong things and NOT EXERCISING A BIT

I have gone to ####!

I am so disappointed too, even the little bit of work out I do doesnt amount to much

i have just let myself go due to depression, could care less....but when I see myself in the mirror or try on my clothes that fit me LAST YEAR...omg I want to crawl in a hole

well, add that to the fact that my husband has only seen me in the tip top of shape so I feel a little pressure

i need to lose at least 15 lbs to be back to normal ...well see what this #### process is doing to me

i swear i am going to get back on track
