 Ya'll got me freaked out about gallbladders!

This is not even one of the 'Things To Go Wrong After 50' list that I have compiled. Ouch. I surely don't want this! How to avoid gallbladder issues?

jJ

my mom said the most common gallbladder patient is "forty, flatulent and fat". I'm all three so there ya go.

Kelz...YAY for vacation coming up! I wish I was taking it with you! LOL :P

Carmen....you and Simo are in my prayers (F) i'm sure things will be ok.

Donna and Bridget...get better!! No sickies around here...not allowed! Bridget, I really hope they don't postpone surgery too long. (F)

Amal...wacko dream. You need one of those dream books! :innocent:

So....my entire body is killing me! I was at the gym last night and over did it :( Ran 3 miles on treadmill....I do interval w/ hills and such and OUCH my butt. But I didn't end it there and should have...I hit up the elliptical for another 2.5 miles and truly when I got home to pick up Zain I thought I was going to drop him. Nah...the staff here is 99% women...which leads to lots of fun conflicts...

It was an argument about who should be doing what. One saying she doesn't need someone to tell her what her job is...etc etc..... :hehe:

Thanks Annie (F)
