they scheduled me for a "consultation" next wednesday to "discuss" when I should have the actual surgery to get my gallbladder, which is full to the brim with gallstones, out.

I am NOT a happy camper. Jess I hope they do you a lot quicker than what I'm dealing with here! :angry:

oyy thats no fun!! I have a report from the doctor i saw here and it has his recommendation for surgery, etc on the report. If the pain persists for you GO BACK TO THE ER!! eventually they wont be able to just send u home!

i was up ALL night with an attack last night, it was nooooo fun and i feel so bruised this morning. 11 more days til im in ny, and 20 days til my appt--if i make it that long once i get there.

i reallly hope you get your surgery done soon.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

My medical record states that I need the surgery too but they're taking their sweet time about it because it's "elective". Thank God for percocet!

Staashi, yes, I did indeed get a substantial pay raise. Its cool bc my job responsibilities have not changed at all. the only difference is i went from hourly to salary so im no longer eligible for overtime :(

brig, i do not envy the pain you are enduring right now. but at least you and percocet get to play until it is over :whistle:

Our playdates ROCK! :dance::dance: I still feel the pain but I don't give a sh!t. :rofl:

I miss my playdates with Lexapro.

48 days! omg...only 48 days til my honeybunny interviews! Somedays I think it's going by fast, and somedays I think it's azz draggin. The what-ifs are killin me! What if....he had stayed and we adjusted here? What if...I had stayed the CR1 and not done K3? What if... I have to stop second guessing this.

I had a weird dream too last night. Too weird to type it here..lol :blush:

I'm confused and depressed :crying: and am getting conflicting reports between DOS and Casa...

I was already bummed, now even more so!

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

I'm soooooooo colddddddddddddd!!! wow, we got a cold front that moved thru about 3 this morning. I thought we were gonna get a storm the way the winds were blowing. Its just much cooler.

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Jackie - I can't wait until you two are reunited! Sometimes I fall asleep and dream that he's still in Cairo and then I wake up, see him next to me and totally attack him. :devil::dance:

Happy Tuesday!!

I had gallbladder issues back in 2000...it was such an excruciating pain, I will never forget it. I stayed up night after night rocking back and forth and was told I had indigestion by my doctor at first...only to take prilosec and still suffer with attacks....one night I was up all night and the next morning I showed up at my doctors office and demanded an ultrasound immediately. Sure enough..bigger than marble sized gallstones...3 of them was in there.

I scheduled the surgery 2 weeks out...found my surgeon- "interviewed" 3 of them and found a great one...and...oh gosh...he was the picture perfect man....so handsome, friendly and talented too!!! Thats not why I chose him...it was strictly based on merit but how lucky could I get!!! It was nice to go to sleep and wake up to his face smiling at me...haha...and I couldn't wait until my follow up visit 2 weeks later!!!! He did an excellent job...and took some pics of my gallbladder after it was out - they sliced it open and shot some pictures to show me the gallstones.

Adjusting to foods wasn't bad afterwards...I read all kinds of things on the internet how I might have problems digesting certain types of foods, etc...and that did not happen to me. I don't think my body ever noticed it missing.

I do know its one of the worst pains I have ever felt...a heating pad (on high) on my stomach and/or back helped a lot when I was having attacks. I hope those of you with gallbladders aching get some relief soon!!!

The organizer mentioned she(or he?) was working on it. There was a post yesterday. They were also enlisting a volunteer to help orgazine it.
