filling out form I751 on line

After filling out on line the form I751 you print & you & your wife or husband sign it, and that's it, right?

The barcode in the bottom of the first page does have any special meaning? I have noticed that on the Immigration website the are talking about e-filing, & when you fill out a form they give you a recipet number, does it have to do with this form?

I'm confused.....can you shed some light on me?

I could be wrong but I don't think you can e-file that form. Just fill it out, make sure you both sign it and send your supporting evidence.

no you can't e-file I-751. You need to send a lot of documentation along with it, not all of which you would be able to send via e-file anyway.

So it is ok just to fill out the form and then print it & sign it and send it along with all docs, right? Do you have any idea what's the barcode on the bottom of the first page means? When you print it from the computer is supposed to leave a number on the barcode?

Yes Smile! that's what I did, so I don't have to worry about the barcode, I guess......tks alot!!!

the barcode represents number of form and date of its validity.

if you you really want to know the numbers just click on it in acrobate and you will see them

Oh, I will try then. So it's something that you don see just looking at the document, unless you click on it during the process of filling out the form.
