Hello just want to ask if letter of intent is needed in my interview? we have letter of intent but we already sent that to uscis, i don't see letter of intent in my interview checklist, but some of my friends told me that letter of intent is needed also in my interview, is this true? thanks a lot guys!

IT DEPENDS TO THE CONSUL. SOME CONSUL ASK LETTER OF INTENT, THE OTHERS DO NOT. SO, BETTER HAVE ONE IN CASE THE CONSUL WILL ASK YOU.

DURING MY INTERVIEW I BRING LETTER OF INTENT WITH ME BUT, THE CONSUL DIDN'T ASK ME. IT IS LIKE CASE TO CASE BASIS AS WHAT OTHERS SAID.

Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).
