Advise Needed: waiting for RFE hardcopy, Review of G325A personal copy shows error

Last Oct 9, online status shows RFE was sent to my fiance (USC). He is still waiting for hard copy.

I have a copy of all documents sent to CSC. When i reviewed my G-325A, i was shocked when i noticed that i placed my father's middle name instead of his last name.

Im quite worried with this mistake.

Has anyone been in this scenario before. I would like to ask for advise on how to correct this mistake.

Best advice is, of course, sit tight and wait to be sure what the RFE is actually for. If what you mentioned is the case, am certain it is easily solvable.
