Hi you all!

I am trying to see my case online at the USCIS website and everytime that I try to put the receipt number it says:

Case Status Retrieval Failed

This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct.

Has anyone had a problem with this??

Also, the website says that the receipt number begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC) and the one that i have in my NOA starts with MSC.

Anyone can help me?

We experienced the same thing. Our case numbers being with MSC. I called several times to make sure the case number were correct and USCIS assured me that they were. Ours showed up once we completed biometrics.

Thank you guys for your answers! I thought that there was something wrong. I feel better now :)

A mi nunca me aparecieron los casos (485, 765, 130). El 765 me aparecio este mes el 3 cuando me aprobaron el permiso de trabajo. Yo hable con una supervisora del nivel 2 de soporte y me comento que el servidor y el sistema esta colapsado desde el año pasado. Que muchos casos aparecen como que no existen pero el MSC (Missouri Service Center) esta correcto.

Quizas te aparezca algun formulario despues de la biometria y quizas no. A mi no me aparece en 485 ni el 130.
