The birth certificate of the beneficiary is normally sent to NVC along with the DS-230 after the I-130 has been approved. It doesn't need to be submitted with the I-130 application.

You don't need to send any original copies, so just your photocopy of marriage certificate is enough.

Do write down details under each photograph, you can stick all the pics in one sheet and also stick out printed details under each of the pics.

I am wondering if marriage contract and marriage certificat the same thing? I doubt it is, but as long as the marriage is legal in your country you should be allright.

You have to send 2, 2x2 photos of both beneficiary and petitioner, I do see you have listed photo, but just making sure they are 2 of each of you.

And your cover letter should be with table of content and seperating each evidence that match up with the table of content.

Best of luck, hoping for a speedy approval

we just want to submit it so that they can also check my birth certificate. Too much is ok rather than the less one hehe.

we included the 2x2 Passport ID pictures. 2 for beneficiary and 2 for petitioner.

About the pictures, we just put the caption at the back and sign our names there.

Marriage contract and marriage certificate is just one.

I hope the process wont be too much long. I can still wait but im missing my husband everyday.... hehe

You are sending more than we did. Our package was:

1. Petition

2. Marriage book (copy) - this is her country's version of a marriage certificate

3. Marriage book translation (copy)

4. G325A (for her)

5. Copy of passport (hers) - not necessary but since I had it.......

6. G325A (mine)

7. Copy of birth cert (mine)

8. Copy of passport (mine)

9. Divorce decree copy (mine)

We did not send in anything else like photos or affidavits. Everything sailed through so I guess it was OK. You should be fine.

i don't get it.

Oh that's good. My husband is so so careful so we really want to check everything. Even my employment history. From the moment I start working and times that I was unemployed it is reflected there until I got another job ( is this ok?) I had one confusion, cos I had a training in one company for employment but I just completed the training and never went into actual job, but my husband still wanted to include it. He said, it's still a part of an employment history (do we need to include this too?) We really want to provide as much as information as we can. As what we all say, It's better to be excessive than getting RFE. Just today, I went get to NSO to request copies of our MC, and request for Bank Certification of our Joint Account. I will send him 2 copies of our MC, and the bank cert as soon as I get it, and after we both finalize and fully checked every detail in those forms, I'm going send those to him this week. What courier did you use to send your papers to Israel?

waaah.. I'm missing my husband so much. :crying:

Goodluck kath. God will be always be in our way to lead us with our journey.

Go ahead. :) Me and My husband will be next. Still filling out forms and checking it 4 and more times before we will file it.

thanks cathy. i was tryin to be firm at my husband at this time coz he might miss something. i was the one who fill up the form and print it out, i also fill out and print the affidavits as well and send it to my husband so that his parents will just sign it and notarize it.

:crying:

i used LBC to send th papers to my husband and it only take 2-3 days! for him to receive it. I send it on Monday and he got it on Thursday. (this is was September)

About the employment, i just put all the WORK EXPERIENCE that i had for the past 5 years. I didnt include there the training i had at SOLAS (Seaman's training) and CROWD Management. The reason is, i didnt work for that but i just had training. No compensation either.

And the bank account, when did you open a bank account together? Last month, i tried to submit the docs but they declined bcoz they want my husband to be physically present as we open a bank account and also they need my husband's ALien Certificate.

Marriage certificate, i got last May 2008 and i ordered 4 pieces. So that i wont get back and forth to that overpopulated office. lol
