letter of intent to marry

hi all! should i make letter of intent to marry? should this be included on the I-129f package? will the 2 of us (my fiancee and me) will make a letter? well i saw the example in the guidelines if i have to make or if we have to make a letter of intent to marry... how will we do it? im kinda confuse because it says 2 addressess... the USCIS, NVC and Manila Embassy... pls help.. or can i see your example of letter of intent to marry. a filipina reply is highly appreciated since im in the philippines. thanks. You will need one for the USCIS (csc or vsc office) when you send in your 1-129f packet THEN you will need one that will be included for the embassy

Both of you need to do a letter of intent to be incuded with the I-129F. It is to be addressed to the USCIS service center you are sending your petition to.

It can follow this format

(petitioner’s / beneficiary’s address)

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

(USCIS service center address)

(date mm-dd-yyyy)

Dear Sir or Madam:

I, (applicant’s or beneficiary’s name) , do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (petitioner’s or beneficiary’s name), and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.
