read it somewhere that i need to bring the original I-129F petition to the interview. The petition was filed by our lawyer, so do we need to ask her for the original copy of the petition?

Interview Date : NOV 17, 2008 Pink Slip!!!

Visa Received : NOV 22, 2008

US Entry : NOV 24, 2008 POE: GUAM

Marriage : January 8, 2009

Comments : I AM LOVING COLORADO!!!

AOS (I-485, I-765, I-131)

AOS Packet Sent: Feb 21, 2009

NOA1 Received in the mail: Mar 2, 2009

Biometrics appointment letter received: Mar 9, 2009

Biometrics: Mar 25, 2009

Advance Parole Approved: Apr 29, 2009

EAD Approval Date: May 6, 2009

Advance Parole received in the mail: May 7, 2009

Interview: July 20, 2009 APPROVED

Card Production Ordered: July 21, 2009

The original is with USCIS and will be on the desk of the CO in front at your interview. Have a copy with you.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

remember all the your documents make a copy

and bring that during your interview I-129 save a copy for your self

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

IMPORTANT!

Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures....

~ 11/12/07 - First Met in Person

~ 12/14/07 - Second time he visited me and met my family

~ 03/27/08 - Third time he visited me and celebrated his bday

~ 07/06/08 - Fourth time he visited me and celebrated my bday

~ 08/22/08 - Mailed I-129F to CSC via USPS

~ 08/25/08 - Received NOA1

~ 08/27/08 - First TOUCHED!

~ 09/21/08 - Fifth time he visited me

~ 09/23/08 - We went to Thailand

~ 11/19/08 - 6th time he visited me

~ 11/22/08 - We went to Hongkong

~ 02/13/09 - VISA delivered/Visa on hand..

~ 03/14/09 - Despedida Party!!!

~ 03/20/09 - Arrived in Guam

~ 04/02/09 - Married!, MC on hand, applied for SSN, informed Phil. consulate...

~ 05/28/09 - 1month pregnant

~ 07/14/09 - send packet application for AOS, EAD and AP.

~ 07/19/09 - Packet delivered

~ 07/23/09 - Received NOA for AOS, EAD and AP.

~ 07/24/09 - TOUCHED!

~ 07/28/09 - TOUCHED!

~ 08/11/09 - TOUCHED!

~ 08/17/09 - Biometrics

~ 08/18/09 - AOS & EAD touched!
